Masters Perfumes uses United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.

Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 10 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 10 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of a store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of a store credit. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
